She confesses this to Frank Sinatra, who plays a benefit show at her school and brings out Terry’s parents. Terry joins the act on-stage. Afterwards, all her friends and Paul are thrilled by the news, so Terry’s fears were groundless. |

When she goes ahead anyway, Jack starts dating Elaine. Natalie quits when Monty makes a pass at her, but Jack won’t take her back. In revenge, Natalie urges Elaine to take her spot at Monty’s: Monty tries to abuse Elaine and accuses her of robbery when she resists. Natalie clears Elaine by telling the police about Monty’s assault on her. Jack and Natalie reconcile. |
