STEVE DITKO ! Man did his artwork make this title a must have for me back in the 60s . I made it a point to hunt these out and collected & read them as avidly as Spider-Man .

It amuses me to look through old letter columns to find letters by fans who went on to beome pros. This one has a letter from Carl Gafford, who was just about to start his Career, primarily as a colourist. Bio here. https://everipedia.org/wiki/lang_en/Carl_Gafford/ Cheers.

NotesThere are conflicting accounts on the D.C.(Dave) Glanzman credit. Editor-in-chief Dick Giordano has said they asked Glanzman to use his name (as per Ditko's request to not be credited) and Dick said Glanzman agreed (Comic Book Artist #9). Ditko, in Robin Snyder's The Legend of the Blue Beetle (the Hero comics # 29, Autumn, 2019) wrote "The Blue Beetle (my version) and the Question were my stories but there was "editing" and revising to some degree by someone. Giordano added the Glanzman name to my stories. I do not know why, when and where." Lettering is credited to "A. Machine"
