This was Dell Comics second Mr. Magoo series, the first running mostly in 1953, and slightly into 1954. With this second one starting with this issue drawn in late 1961, and came to the news agent's shelves in November 1961 (dated Dec-Feb, 1961-62 on the book). This book is a 1965 reprint of that book, with the only difference being that a 3rd Mr. Magoo a full-colour 1-page gag that appeared on its back cover was replaced by an advertisement for B.B. rifles.
