The art is very poorly reproduced.

The pictures are rather fuzzy but that may be due to the age of the magazine. This isn't really a Comic Book, it looks like a pulp magazine with some pictures to illustrate the stories. The text of the stories is not here (maybe it isn't copyright free?) and this is just the illustrations.
