Shelley loses her job as a bank teller because of her late nights with Dennis. Eventually, she breaks up with him and gets her job back. Dennis changes his ways, gets a good job as an architect, and Shelley takes him back.

She falls in love with Jeff, a college student working as a steward on the ship, but doesn’t tell him that she won the trip in a contest. Jeff turns lecherous in a Havana nightclub, telling Lisa he knows all about single women who takes cruises. She flies home. Jeff follows her and apologizes; he learned she’s a decent girl who won the trip as a prize and regrets his attempt to seduce her.
