NotesThe Eastern Color 1943-1945 ledger at the Connecticut Museum of Culture and History in Hartford, Connecticut, Eastern Color Printing recorded its earnings and costs for issue #4 during October 1944 portion of the ledger. Issue #2 has a known on sale date of December 15, 1942. This makes it likely that issue #3 was published during the Summer of 1943 or 1944 instead of 1942.
