If you read this collection (Treasure Chest) from the beginning it's really worth paying attention to the series of "Chuck White". It gets better and better as you progress into the story. I was not expecting much but it's a good little "coming of age" story about a boy with a troubled family that gets involved with bad things but it's really not bad inside. I haven't finished, but I am pretty sure he "redeems himself" in the end. :-) Clearly made to teach some morals to catholic boys in US, in the 40's. It might look preachy at first sight, but it reaveals itself to be an entertaining little saga. It's well written and the art is average for the time. It has some kind of "twist" in every episode which adds some points to it.
