Synopsis | Dickie falls into a bizarre situation involving a trance-inducing violin and a flying bicycle. Luring all the villagers into the football stadium by playing his violin the evil Doctor Petersen hypnotizes them into dropping their valuables on the ground and then throwing themselves into the sea to drown. Fortunately, men at the local radio station remotely play the National Anthem through the loudspeakers at the stadium, thus breaking Petersen's spell. |
