Synopsis
Uncle Wiggily sends Sammy to the north field to bring back some pumpkins for a pie. Sammy takes a short cut through the woods where he is captured by the Bad Chaps (Bobby and Fuzzy). Wiggily and Pokey Turtle come to rescue Sammy, but find that he has already escaped. After getting some pumpkins, Wiggily, Pokey, and Sammy head home, only to run into the Bad Chaps again.

Synopsis
Freddie Frog is set to win the Woodland Cup Frog-Jumping contest, but Eenie Wolverine brings in "Muscles," the champion of nearby Sassafrass County, to get bragging rights. Muscles sets a new record with his jump, but some strategy and a well-placed bee help Freddie win the title.

Butch Bear's House-warming Party / Uncle Wiggily (12 pages)
Synopsis
Uncle Wiggily cleans the attic and piles a bunch of old furniture in the yard. Butch Bear is building a new house, so Wiggily decides that he'll have a house-warming party for him and people can bring the old furniture as gifts. While Wiggily helps Butch build his house, Eenie Wolverine and Possie take the furniture and sell it to the neighbors to take to the party.
