The epic Captain Marvel/Spy Smasher battles raises the stakes in this issue. In the Captain Marvel part, a brainwashed Spy Smasher targets Billy Batson's boss, Sterling Morris. In the Spy Smasher part, Spy Smasher creates a giant 40s style lawn mower to create powerful cyclones. Outlandishly ridiculous and exciting!
