I like the red swooshing blue star effect Harry Anderson draws behind the Flag as he flies around. Such a simple, yet cool detail.

Anderson uses it only a few times in the first story, 3 times on page 13, and then briefly on pages 14 and 16. But the cover is B Currie and is signed by him. And, yes, it is distinctive.
