Joe Gill's scripts for Space War--for any of the Charlton titles, really--seldom rose beyond the mediocre. But "The Traitor's Image" in this issue has to rank among his least coherent, ending with a last-panel "explanation" that only deepens the confusion. I guess that's what you get when you churn out several hundred pages a month.

This comic book and a few pieces of Bonomo's Taffy would have set me up just fine on a Saturday afternoon back in the 60's!
