I've long wondered who the guy was who drew the second and last stories here. He drew many stories for Charlton during this period. I think this is his own inking. Sometimes he was inked by Vince Colletta. I don't buy the Bill Fraccio credit. Fraccio always used instantly recognizeable layouts, poses, and figure schticks which aren't evident in this artist's work. Anyone know???
