Looks to me like Mastroserio inks on "Sky Music." And was Dick Giordano involved somehow in the final story?
About that cover...it goes beyond "unusual" into the realm of "wtf!?" Totally weird, and therefore strangely likable.

My favorite stories in this issue are Sky Music and Last Man on Earth. I always think that Unusual Tales and Strange Suspense Stories are very imaginative comics. Thank you for the post.
