65 is my best guess as to the issue number on this one. If I had to set odds, it would be about a 65% chance this is #65; about a 33% chance it's #47, and maybe a 2% chance that Peter Wheat News ran past 66 and this is a later issue. It just goes to show how little we still know about this title!

And an update, several years later: This is actually issue #53, not #65 or #47 as I had previously guessed. I'm trying to figure out why I had rejected #53 as a possibility earlier; if I figure it out I'll update everybody.
