I see this comic is listed as "Publisher Unknown". In fact, it is published by the Old Fort Niagara Association, Youngstown, NY. It is still in print AND still under Copyright, as well as being available for purchase from the museum shop at Old Fort Niagara for a measly $2.

Whilst this book may still be in print and available for $2. Which seems a bargain! The copyright was NOT renewed as it should have been 28 years after publication. Therefore, it has officially and irrevocably lapsed into the public domain.
