SynopsisChuck finds a way to cut costs on the new school bill so that it can be passed by the voters. Judd refuses to help Chuck weld the newspaper's printing press roller lever, so Chuck gets help from Hobey Philips. Knowing that the newspaper is facing financial hardships, Hobey asks for an advertisement in the newspaper, rather than cash payment. Judd sees the ad in the paper and gets ready for a price war with Hobey.
