The Secret War News in this issue is sort of disturbing to me. Those bouys did exist, but they were never armed and only for the rescue of downed fliers. It seems weird to see a wartime comic pushing people to expect traps from bouys clearly marked with a Red Cross

SynopsisIn the ravages of war, it's inevitable that jackals of war, called the Scavengers, would murder, torture helpless victims, and ghoulishly hunt and rob the dead. Ironically, it's the Nazis who succeed in capturing them, but then vow to spare their lives if they can capture the Blackhawks!
