This magazine had a rocky career. It started (according to GCDB) as "Polly Pigtails" and ran 39 issues. Then the pigtails disappeared and the mag became "Polly" for four more issues (#40-43). It became "Girls Fun" with #44, then expired with this issue, #48. Polly herself hung on to the bitter end in the comics section.
The comics in the magazine are generally quite well drawn. I have no idea who the artists are.
