For me, this is probably the best/most interesting title that Parents' Institute published, even though it's essentially all-reprint, with aviation stories recycled from earlier PI titles. This first issue contains not one, but *two* stories about women pilots (neither of them Amelia Earhart), one of whom trains other pilots and was a former photographers' model -- stranger than fiction! I also was unaware that Elliott Caplin (Al Capp's brother, co-creator of Big Ben Bolt, The Heart of Juliet Jones, writer on Abbie 'n' Slats, Little Orphan Annie) was involved with Parents' Institute in editing their comics. Interesting.
