Unfairly named as the “other woman” in a divorce case (the result of a trick), Jane leaves town due to the scandal and gets a job, incognito, in a department store in another town. Jane dates her boss Chris, but lives in fear of being exposed, particularly since Chris hates liars. Jane returns to her hometown and the divorce fraud is exposed, clearing her name. Chris shows up and reaffirms his love for her. |
