The file name indicates 1958, not 1947. And IW never published in the 1940s. Probably this issue consists of REPRINTS from the 1940s. Anyway, this IW should have 1958 as the date. The indicia says so too.

Also, the indexed information at the bottom of the page about the stories in this comic does not match the stories in the comic itself. This info is from the original #1 (1947), published by Magazine Enterprises, not the IW comic (which is not a reprint of the ME Tom-Tom #1, it's a reprint of Tick Tock Tales #22). The GCD has the correct story data listed under the IW entry.
