SynopsisShips mysteriously disappear near the planet Marduk. Marduk is five times the size of Earth but has extremely low gravity. Captain Larq of the Lunex Luna sends a message as his craft is pulled in. Clive and Lansing investigate. The Space Rangers follow the Staritania as its pulled in. In the center of Marduk is a station where all the trapped craft are moored. The trap is devised by Karmud, the Master of Marduk. Stella Dawn was on the Staritania. She meets Rex and Speed, and they devise a way to defeat Karmud. The Space Rangers are called in to drive out Karmud.

The passage is taken as the best option to get to Mars at distant spots in its orbit. They discover an "old space comber" named Shangor and his motley crew of space pirates are based on Mercury. Their ships are coated with Thermallium, the only metal able to withstand the intense heat on Mercury.

SynopsisThe Time Skipper ends up in ancient Rome with Queen Ula and Professor Tempus. They encounter Cleopatra, who hears a prophesy from the absurdly-wrong soothsayer Rapidus. Rapidus tells Cleopatra to warn Ceasar to go to the forum on the Ides of March. Knowing Rapidus is always wrong, Cleopatra sends word telling Ceasar to not go to the forum. Queen Ula delivers the message. When Rapidus tells Ceasar to stay away from the forum, Ceasar decides to do the opposite to his doom. Cleopatra goes with the Time Skipper to travel through time.
