This strip is irritatingly familiar. From the signatures and copyright it's clearly of Spanish origin. However I'm sure I've seen it in English under the title "Drake and Drake." Could it have been picked up by an English newspaper or reprinted in a picture library?

It's a spanish comic "Drake & Drake" drawn by José Garcia Pizarro in the 60's for Ibergraf

Hello, this tongue is no german, is dutch, holland, neerlandés..., no german. The autor draw is José Carlos García Pizarro (Madrid, Spain).

Great fun to see a jealous Ellen in full flow near the start, what a gal! Loved the pencils all the way through, particularly the stunning Ellen – superb artist, sure knows how to draw women! I liked the idea that in the ‘half now – half later’ payment to find Dutch Smith’s body, the gangster actually cuts the money in half! Also, the payoff at the end with symmetrical digits was an interesting touch - great to see a strip where strong women are the brains of the operation on both sides of the fence.
