Can anyone figure out what is supposed to be happening on page 13 of this issue? In the first 2 panels, Hap is clearly in his basketball uniform on the basketball court, but in panel 3, he's suddenly removing a sweatshirt (that he hadn't been wearing), and we can clearly see it's his unique red hairstyle sticking out of the shirt. In panel 4, it seems he threw the sweatshirt on his cousin, but the other guy in that panel suddenly has a crewcut (it looks more like Zippermouth than Hap). I thought maybe the writer intended the sweatshirt be thrown onto Hap by his cousin, but the uniform colors clearly don't match Hap's team.

Jrasicmark, you're right, the page is a mess. Here's what I came up with: somehow the panels in each row were put in reverse order. Panels 1 and 2 are actually panels 2 and 1, and so on. If you read it this way, (1) Hap reacts to the insult (2) The teams take the floor. The opposing team wears sweatshirts. (3) Cousin throws his sweatshirt over Hap's head. The colorist has reversed the characters' colors. That's Cousin in the blue shorts--his shorts should be orange and his hair yellow. Hap should be wearing blue shorts. (4) The boys shake hands. (5) Hearing the whistle Hap runs onto the court.----- How this might have happened is a mystery to me.
