The cover art here and the splash page of the opening story in Just Married (Charlton, 1958 series) #4 ("Jilted Sweethearts") clearly share the same original art. This cover shows a little more of the bodies of the foreground characters where the splash panel in Just Married #4 cuts them off at about the middle of the girl's corsage. However, the splash panel in Just Married #4 does not cut off the man's face on the left like this cover does. Otherwise, with the exception of coloring differences and the tears that were added to the girl's face on this cover, the images appear to be identical.
