SynopsisSeascout Tom Dawson comes aboard an old schooner to examine the workings of the ship, and discovers that she is running contraband armaments. He is locked in the hold while the ship gets underway, then released once well out to sea. He manages to send a message in Morse Code to a nearby steamship, which results in the ship being taken when reaching its South American destination.

Shot down over enemy territory he is placed in prison, but escapes under cover of night, and blows up the munitions dump.

They free themselves, and while the Eddys are being threatened by Oriental agents, Sunny swims across the river and brings back the harbor patrol boat.
