Features art by Al McWilliams and Earl Mayan. Mayan's work is particularly nice here. He had done a lot of pulp work prior to and after WWII but would soon be moving onto slicks like The Saturday Evening Post in the 1950s.

The cover of this, which is very nice indeed, has the name 'Anderson' on the plane. If this is the name of the Artist, who was it?

I believe this is Allen Anderson, who painted a lot of pulp covers in the 1940s and early 1950s. He also painted comic book covers for Ziff-Davis titles like "Lars of Mars."
