This is a remaindered Canadian comic. This is like the last issues of Blazing, Red Circle and others which had covers thrown around unrelated books. This was either a copy of Latest or Bee-29 I have not been able to find out. Perhaps when the issue in question is uploaded I can identify it. The Grand Comics Database says its from "Bee 29 Bombardier #1", 1945, by Spotlight Publishers.

Yes, this comic book's inside pages were a reprinting of most of the stories from Spotlight's "Bee-29, The Bombardier". However, the number of the book is #1, rather than #48. The 48 is the year of issue (1948), rather than the listed, 1951 in the book data, above.

Biblio seller simply mentions that book has a Jeanie story. Based on three Patsy Walker stories being from issue 33, this is likely "Pop's Fish Story", a 5 page Jeanie story.
