Nice copy of this interesting (and ultimately failed) experiment of a cheap, bi-weekly comic.
The "Warlock" story, although not especially well-drawn, is exceptionally wacky with lots of monsters.
Also, does anyone else think Bulletman's helmet looks hilarious? "Look, up in the sky! It's Conehead!" "That's Bulletman to you!"

Hilarious! Well yes, inside. Looks okay on the cover though. This one is BulletMan's debut in the first edition of a new comic; new characters take time to develop both art and story wise. Superman didn't look so great at his first appearance either. Nicely scanned by Kracalactaka. I'm giving it 10 out of 10.

I find it interesting, that this issue from 1940 tells the "birth" of Bulletman. I'm not sure, if this story is also in one of the 15 issues of the Bulletman series (1941-1946).
