Wow, you know times must have been tough for the 'old school'-style comic artists in 1966 if Bob Powell was reduced to working for Myron Fass. His last work for a major company before this, I think, was working on the Giant-Man feature in TALES TO ASTONISH (before Giant-Man was cancelled to make room for a revival of the Sub-Mariner in his own strip).

Powell was a pro and even a quickie like this one it shows through.
Odd that the indicia comes later in the book than typically.

I'm certainly not impugning the quality of Powell's artwork. It's just that you know that Myron Fass had the be on the bottom rung of the pay scale for comic book publishers at the time. You'd think that Powell could have found work say, for example, at DC, doing war stories for editor Bob Kanigher, or 'mystery' stories for editor Jack Schiff, or something that probably paid a little better. Things must have gotten a lot tougher just a couple of years later, after the post-Batmania bubble burst, taking out a lot of the lower-end publishers (even good ones, like Harry Shorten's Tower Comics) in its wake.
