It looks like there is Kurt Schaffenberger art on a few pages.

Yeah, the Clothes Make the Cowboy segment looks like Shaffenberger.

The opening pages are by Ogden Whitney. An ACG production, perhaps? The lettering is surely by ACG's regular letterer (name?). The display capital A's have that characteristic serif on top.
