The GCD says Turner on the second story and ? on the first. To my mind the first story is more likely Turner. The layouts, props, and machinery look authentic. The inks however appear to have been banged out to meet the deadline. This especially affects the figures. Figures were never Turner's strongest suit but the figures in the second story are REALLY weak--plus there are several swipes (e.g. Raymond Flash Gordon in our page 39, first panel). I never saw Turner as much of a swipist. Could this have been a shop job? Turner on hardware and someone else drawing the people?
