"Sentinel of Eternity' here is the story that inspired Kubrick's '2001 a Space Odyssey '. This was it's first printing. It's usually reprinted as 'The Sentinel'

"The Sentinel" is definitely one of the major reasons the issue is famous.
Or perhaps the other is more why it's infamous rather than famous: They call the book 10 Story Fantasy... and then have 13 stories in it.
Definitely some big name writers in this one, too bad it only lasted one issue.
