StoryPhantasmo, the Master of the World (8 pages)
SynopsisBecause of serious flooding occuring in the area of Whizzer's Aunt and Uncle's farm, and the fact his mother and sister are visiting the farm, the lad enlists Phantasmo to go with him to the farm to make sure all is right. Saving all from the flood waters, Phantasmo is then drawn to an explosion at a dam by a crime ring which is determined to take over New York City.
