Presciently, the ice caps are melting and sea levels are rising – Rick must come to the rescue – but the cause isn’t global warming, it’s an alien race of merman seeking to terraform (hydroform?) the planet to their liking. Will Rick succeed in saving the Earth? Elsie Higgs is back in action in a plunge back swimsuit – so it’s well worth reading.

Astonishing art again from Ron Turner, what power and imagination he had! The undersea shots with all the architecture, armaments, and aquatic life are truly astounding. If only some of today's artists would get out from behind their computers and realise what can be done with old fashioned pen and ink!
