I'm a great fan of the Saint - but this one I found a little plodding. Anyone know who the artist was? At least it featured Patricia Holm, portrayed to best effect by the delicious Eliza Dushku in the 2017 movie version - though she fails to rescue a fairly average film.

Regarding the credits--is this for sure a newspaper strip reprint? The art doesn't look at all like John Spranger. Instead it looks like the work of a British artist. Also, the pacing and heavy dialogue doesn't read like a daily strip cut-and-paste job.
