NotesEl número 1 apareció el 11 de octubre de 1945 y su éxito fue rotundo ... sólo una cuarta parte era dedicada a la historieta humorística nacional: además del caciquito (en doble página central a todo color), el lector podía disfrutar de Mangucho y Meneca (luego Don Pascual), de Roberto Battaglia; Langostino, el navegante independiente, de Eduardo Ferro; y de El Gnomo Pimentón, de Oscar Blotta.
