The Black Terror & Tim look bored, like they've fought so many Nazis that it's become routine. The importance of a good expression. If the artists had given them looks of grim determination, or even grins, it would have added so much to the cover. |

I agree with Superscrounge – the cover looked flat – hardly lives up to the title Exciting Comics.
I’m not sure the Black Terror should be encouraging his underage sidekick to imbibe ‘formic ethers’ but these were different times. Strange that you never see mild-mannered bespectacled Bob Benton in the same room as the Black Terror!
Meanwhile, Captain America clone, The Liberator, gives a simplistic definition of saccharides before taking Lamesis as a sweetener to rescue his sweetie. |
