Synopsis | Spunky befriends a bearded old man who calls himself Whiskers. Mr. Kidd hires Whiskers to help out on the ranch. A few days later, Flint and some other of Mr. Kidd's hands steal some of Kidd's cattle, and capture Spunky and Stanley in the process. Whiskers frees them, and they manage to capture the whole gang. At the end, Whiskers reveals he is Marshal Slim Hawks, who has been on the trail of Flint and his gang for three months. |

Back home, he learns that the storm flooded the ravine he would have traveled in. The delay from the good deed probably saved his life. He goes back later to thank the senorita and George. He gets a kiss. |
