Just stumbled across this comic. As Ozman mentioned, it's a reprint of an Australian issue - the original version of which is Phantom Ranger #36 as far as I can see. I've recently scanned #36 to put up here in the near future. The art (and writing) is by Peter Chapman at this stage of the title. I'll mention this listing, so people can compare the two - the covers are very different, and the Australian version has no other stories
