Its not really difficult - it just takes self-belief and determination. You can do it. [Known for his wit, once when a fellow Lamb's member declared how grossly insulted he was after overhearing that another member wanted to offer him $50 to resign from the club, Herford replied "Hold out for a hundred, you'll get it".]
