Notes | Dog characters are consistent with those in Wessler’s signed art from Laffy-Daffy Comics #1 (February 1945). The drawing pad with the name Joe Miller in the last panel of the story is possibly a reference to the Joe Miller credited for animating on Gulliver’s Travels for Fleischer Studios, where Wessler had worked as an assistant animator. |
