Not familiar with Gil Kane’s comic art since I haven’t really delved into post-Golden Age comic art, but for some reason, I’m inclined to say that the cover, Junior Rangers, and Atomic Man are by him. I’m also informed that he drew for Buck Saunders in 1946, though the art for that here doesn’t incline me to think he drew it in particular. More research is always helpful though.

On Junior Rangers, I think you are right. On Atomic Man I would be inclined to think its the same penciller, but the inking is by somebody else. And if this is Kane, it must be nearly the first work he ever did. The cover is not Gil Kane tho. Nor is Buck Saunders. Cheers
