The last story seems like an honest attempt to portray the way peoples' self-images can change after plastic surgery. An ugly, self-hating minor thug gets a new face and uses it as an opportunity to go straight. But the new face he gets is that of Humphrey Bogart! I wonder if this was in the script or just a joke by Norman Nodel. |
