Reprints Star's Shock Detective Cases #20 from 1952.
By The Australian Panther
This first story, 'the Strangler' apparently a true story, is superbly illustrated. The Artist achieved a true Noir feel to it. Really creative ideas right through the tale.
Do we know who the artist was?

I'd say "The Strangler" is by Rudy Palais. And "The Bloodless Corpose" is by Hollingsworth.
