Excellent prophetic story. Didn't take 300 years for Western Governments to behave like this, some of them are doing it now.

Thank you, paw broon, for the upload of this unknown-previously-to-me strip. It's exceedingly timely plot line, especially the first few pages, merited an awesome rating of "10", in my book. Chillingly prescient, however now, we need not a man from Mars to rescue us (again), but an orange one!
