Girl's/young woman's weekly published by C. Arthur Pearson featuring photo strips, comic strip, stars of the time. Scanner has listed this issue as #6 but there is no number on the cover or in the indicia. This title isn't listed in the British guide. I don't know the scanner but if anyone does, let me know and I'll change the attribution. There is more information about this book at the bottom of the page

Interesting UK photo-comic example. although I must say that giant close-up on the cover makes that teen look rather manic.

To my eye these photo-comics look better than their Italian counterparts. Panel composition and staging are better, and the actors look like they're actually having fun. The actors in many Italian foto-fumetti look like they just rolled out of bed and haven't had their coffee. I think a couple of these panels, like the girl in the park listening to her radio, may have been touched by a little pre-Photoshop cut and paste. Good looking overall, though.
