This is dreadful. In the sense that it is unfunny, sleazy, monotonous and dull. I doubt the artist thought any better of it. Still, its good to preserve some of these things here for reference.

Henry Boltinoff slumming on a couple of pages. And Martin Filchock, of all people. These racy cartoon mags always read like a collection of gags the cartoonists couldn't sell elsewhere. This particular mag reads like a collection of the gags even the OTHER racy cartoon mags rejected.
