The 'Additional Information' is for another comic. The art is definitely not Pete Morosi. Misffiled?

Indexed here is what appears to be an otherwise unreleased issue of Martin Kane, Private Eye (Fox, 1950 series). Other known variants include Colossal Features Magazine (Fox, 1950 series) #3 (with the Bugsie Siegal overprint on cover, see cover scan). Contents have nothing to do with the cover.
